TimeSpace Sound Meditations Vol. 2 by Cornflower, is an all-live, all-vocal, improvised, a cappella sound meditation consisting of 4 Meditation Movements plus an opening tone used to begin the Meditation.

You can listen to this Sound Meditation as one entire Meditation including all of the Movements in sequence (simple press play on the first track and listen all the way through) or you can listen to and meditate with each track individually.

Cornflower’s TimeSpace Sound Meditations Vol. 2 uses vocal instrumentation and live looping to take you on a journey through sonic landscapes, including ambient and downtempo movements that are both meditative and shamanic.

You can be seated during the meditation, laying down, dancing, doing yoga, creating art, walking in nature, however you feel inspired to engage with this Sound Meditation.

The intention of these TimeSpace Sound Meditations is to create immediate connection with ourselves through the present moment and use this connection to harness our attention and intention through the power of sound to transform ourselves and our world.
