This album is a collection of four previously unreleased studio tracks of Cornflower over the course of 2003 - 2006 as he began to find his voice.

It has the original version of Calling to Source, re-recorded and released on the debut album 'Journey into Sound'. It also has the song 'From the Heart' which gave birth to the song 'Journey into Sound' and 'In the Moment' which also are on the album 'Journey into Sound'.
